We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a global AI-powered influencer marketing platform working with leading consumer brands, particularly across fashion, beauty, and e-commerce .
United States – East Coast preferred
Full-time | Remote
What you’ll be doing
✨ Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients
✨ Support brands with influencer/KOL campaign planning and execution
✨ Work with KOL discovery, creator selection, and campaign management
✨ Monitor and analyse social media and influencer performance data
✨ Evaluate campaign results and turn data into actionable insights
✨ Lead client onboarding, training, and product demonstrations
✨ Help clients maximise the value of an AI-powered influencer marketing platform
✨ Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and other internal teams
We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
✔️ 2+ years of relevant experience
✔️ Experience in the livestreaming, social media, influencer marketing, or creator economy
✔️ Hands-on experience with KOL/influencer management
✔️ Experience managing social media channels or influencer campaigns
✔️ Understanding of social media analytics, campaign performance tracking, and digital marketing data
✔️ Strong client and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Fluent English
✔️ Based in the United States and fully authorised to work in the U.S.
⭐ Experience working with marketing/social media agencies or consumer brands such as fashion, beauty, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
