Tony Downs Foods Company is seeking candidates for a Production Supervisor for the Madelia facility. Some of the job responsibilities would include employee safety, product quality, employee relations and supervision meeting company standards for productivity, yield and material usage. The ideal candidate will also need excellent leadership and communication skills.
