Key responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, and dispose of complex claims, determining coverage, liability, and damages Communicate action plans clearly and interact with various parties involved in the claims process Process claims in accordance with corporate policies and statutory requirements, while pursuing excess insurance recoveries Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience handling auto subrogation and trucking claims Experience in multi-jurisdictional claims High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Extensive knowledge of industry standards and practices Computer proficiency with claims-related software
