After 1 year of employment we offer opportunities to graduate to 40% and ultimately 45% commission based on reliability and performance. All employees of the spa receive 65% off all services, and 35% off retail products. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to sign up for 401k and health insurance.Chico Hot Springs Resort and Day Spa is known for its down to earth mentality, welcoming atmosphere, and a flair of Western adventure.
